Building for Health Carbondale is locally owned and operated by Cedar Rose Guelberth, the owner and founder of Building for Health. Cedar Rose’s concern for human health and passion for protecting the environment, led her to develop Building for Health. Cedar Rose decided to bring the convenience of Building for Health’s “one-stop shopping” to Carbondale with a new retail storefront.

Carbondale Kids Reclaim the Earth
Building for Health-Carbondale, in cooperation with the new Carbondale Recreation Center, is holding its 1st Annual Carbondale Kids Reclaim the Earth, a project focused around Earth Day to help promote environmental awareness and education. We strive to provide Carbondale students an opportunity to demonstrate what Earth Day means to them, create projects with an environmental focus, and display their work at the Carbondale Recreation Center during the months of April, May, and June.
